I painted this image for the museum at Prairie Creek State Park, one of the three state parks within Redwood National Park. It's just about my favorite forest in America, or maybe anywhere. This amazing place was once measured as having the world's largest biomass, meaning there's more life here than anywhere.
This puzzle has a picture color box cover to go by, and an interpretive numbered key sketch on the box back. The numbered key corresponds with a list of species included in the painting. An essay written by artist Larry Eifert is also included on the box.
