For countless generations the Nimiipuu or Nez Perce have lived among the canyons, rivers, prairies, and mountains of the inland Northwest. Nez Perce National Historical Park commemorates the history, culture, and stories of the Nez Perce. Comprising 38 sites located throughout Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Washington, many of the sites are connected by the Nez Perce National Historical Trail.
