- Covers 26 Oregon State Parks charging a day-use fee and 23 (of 120) participating Washington State Parks charging launch or trailer dump fees.
- Valid for one year from the last day of the month issued.
- Admits pass owner and any accompanying passengers in a private vehicle at unstaffed sites.
- At per person sites admits cardholder, plus 3 people.
- Hang on rear-view mirror in vehicle.
- Pass valid only with the America the Beautiful Pass.
