The America the Beautiful: National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Annual Pass replaces the Golden Eagle Passport and National Parks Pass with one convenient pass. This pass is valid for entrance and day-use at most federal recreation fee sites across the country.
The Annual Pass offered on this website is just one of several Pass options available. If you are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident age 62 or older, or receive disability benefits, you may be eligible for the Senior or Access Pass. If you have questions, contact your local Federal recreation site, or visit your local Federal recreation site's web page for more information.

I buy one annually along with the WA/OR pass. Just remember to take it with you and put it in your wallet when it doesn't need to hang in your car. I have been too far from our car to go back and get it and have lost out on some great visitor centers/museums that charge to enter. I'm hoping even I don't break even with its cost every year that the money spent is going to good use.

We have used our Permanent Senior Pass at Merritt Island Wildlife Preserve, or Playalinda Beach, as some of the locals call it (Titusville, FL) and feel that some sort of brochure or list of other areas that this card is accepted might be more useful if that were available.

I love this pass, my family and I go traveling a lot and sometimes when we don't expect it we come across a national park, and it has defintely earned back the $80. i recommend this if going on a road trip or if travel by car is frequent.
