The Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area stretches from the mouth of the Sandy River to the mouth of the Deschutes River, forming a part of the Washington and Oregon border. Plant and wildlife of the Gorge adapt to its dynamic geology, creating a diverse mosaic of ecosystems from the emerald rainforests of the western side to the arid savannas of its eastern side. The Columbia River Gorge has activities for everyone. Don't miss the ever popular Multnomah Falls!
